Happy 2nd Birthday, Miriam Rose! Phew, 2 is already pretty intense. Intense emotions, intense energy, intense learning, intense giggles, intense silliness. Miriam is going, going, going. She's a fantastic sleeper, likes to try new foods (but mostly sticks to her favorites), and cannot get enough of balloons, bikes, balls, cars, Curious George, drawing, and lately is showing more interest in instructing and snuggling with her baby doll. Her kitty, Maddie, is still her number one buddy, and she frequently asks, "Pet Maddie?" "Maddie Kiss, Maddie Hug, I love you Maddie, sweet kitty". In the waning moments of summer, we make trips to the playground, water the flowers together, play in the sandbox, and walk every morning.
